The location of the hotel was favourable, in an area that could easily be mistaken for New Delhi. The rooms were all recently refurbished and modern with single bed, nice interiors plus enough space & good bathroom.

The location was good and magnificent, very close to the airport! We loved rooms with a king bed. The stuff where very good and courteous, ready to any request.

Only stayed 4 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this excellent hotel. Units with nice interiors. The location was easy near bridge and the staff here was awesome.

The hotel was clean and staff were all really helpful. The room was nicely decorated and our bed was comfortable, had a very very good experience. The breakfast with almost all required verities. Everything was simply very good.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the a double room with views of city, everything was good. The staff was absolutely lovely & amazing. The location in a good area was nice and great and there were a mini market and small supermarkets nearby.

Its location was favourable in centre of Dammam. The check in was smooth, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was well-maintained and had private bathroom plus tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge.

Excellent hotel, we truly enjoyed the polite staff and new-fashioned room. The location was good and excellent: small supermarkets and a supermarket were within walking distance. The property was in a good area.

The cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff were exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome when I entered the hotel. The location was also very convenient for pickups and drop-offs.

I did experience some issues with the size of the shower area and the bathroom flooding when I took a shower. Additionally, there was only one lift, so there were times when I had to wait for a while.

I like the quick and excellent service.Its central position where you can go to different parts of the city and other nearby cities. The internationality of the hotel.

I don't like the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. In other international hotels an electric kettle with tea, coffee, milk bags are provided.

Very good offer regarding price performance - Is directly next to police station, gas station and fire brigade and super connection. Staff very friendly, check-in anytime possible, breakfast is okay, room clean, bed good.

We had a great time at this hotel and highly recommend it because of the excellent staff.

the toilet was dirty, towels was old and no renew, there is no tooth paste in the toilet.

The hotel has the restaurant with special view of dammam.

Loved the clean and comfortable room, as well as the friendly staff. The complementary breakfast was a definite highlight, with a good selection of tasty options. The location was fantastic too, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel lacked certain amenities, such as a microwave and a hairdryer. the internet connection wasn't the strongest and it took some time to get it up and running.
